Brad Ward, Managing Partner

Born and raised in East Tennessee, Brad was drawn to the hospitality industry at a young age. For more than 19 years, Brad has held multiple management positions ranging from pizzerias to Country Clubs where he managed banquets and fine dining, ultimately finishing his operational experience as the Managing Partner of The Walnut Kitchen.

Jason Scott, Executive Chef

Chef Jason was introduced to the kitchen life and early on developed his work ethic at the age of 15 as a dishwasher. Since a lot of his family is in the restaurant business, food has always been a part of his life. Jason found his home in Tennessee making food that only comes from his Heart. Spending the last 8 years crafting and presenting food that reflects his personality. Jason's favorite quote is "Cook with Passion in your heart and success will always find you". CHEERS
