Rooted in the rugged traditions of the Smoky Mountains, The Walnut Kitchen bridges Appalachian heritage with global culinary techniques. Our self-decsribed, "well-traveled" menu is as reflection of our collective work, travel experinces and traditions that shape both Appalachian & wordly cuisines.
